I’ve seen better – but worse too

The kitchenette was excellent, with a full-sized refrigerator and good cooking supplies. Check-in and checkout were seamless, especially via TV.

The noise from nearby rooms disturbed my sleep. Some areas needed a thorough cleaning.

My stay at Candlewood Suites was incredibly frustrating. First, the front desk was absurdly unhelpful when I needed a stovetop knob, as they should have been in the room to start with. I also noticed a horrible smell in the hallways from trash bags left lingering, which created an unpleasant environment during my stay. On top of that, the refrigerator was annoyingly loud while making ice, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Exceptional Stay with Great Amenities!

I enjoyed a refreshing four-night solo getaway in a well-equipped kitchenette. The studio suite provided comfort and ease, perfect for meal prep. While the TV remote needed patience, the overall experience was delightful. I recommend stocking the kitchen with local groceries for a home-cooked feel!

My stay was quite pleasant. The studio queen suite was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed, full refrigerator, and a lovely desk area for working. The staff members were friendly and helpful, making my experience enjoyable.

Wi-Fi was slow.

I appreciated the privacy during my stay, as no one came into my room unless I requested fresh towels or linens. The Dove products in the bathroom added a nice touch, making me feel pampered during my visit. Checkout via the TV was simple and efficient, allowing me to leave without any hassle.

While the trash bags in front of other rooms were regularly removed, the lingering smells in the hallway were unpleasant.

We had a spacious studio suite with ample room for the family, including our granddaughter. The hotel's prime location allowed us to easily visit Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo, which was a fantastic day out and easily one of the best zoos we’ve experienced.
